For This Tutorial I used PSP 12

SUPPLIES

Tube of your choice

Font of your choice

Open a new layer 650 x 250 pix.

Select a color of your tube  then fill the layer.

Select 2 colors from your tube

In this case I used a Verymany tube

You need a license for use this tube

You can get the tube and license

 Create a gradient in ypur background like this:

Apply the filter:

MEDHI-SORTING TILES: Diamonds

Now, apply the filter Penta.com - Jeans

go to effects - Edge effect - Enhace

 

Copy and paste your tube, resize if need it

Go to image- Add border 

white- 3px 

Repeat but this time Add border

with a color of ypur tube- 2 px

Repeat

Add border white 3px

Add the copyright 

Add your name

and It's done!
