For This Tutorial I used PSP X2

SUPPLIES

Tubes of choice

Font of choice  

Open a New raster180x180 Pixels

Background transparent layer

Open your tube and resize if is necessary

Copy and paste as a new layer

Position as you like

For example I am using a tube from 

KEITH GARVEY (you need a license for use) 

BUY HERE 

 

Now click on the background layer

And fill with a color of your choice:

You can add a effect

In this case I use 

XERO- FRITTILARY

with this settings:

Now its time to add a border:

Go to image-Add borders

 

With this settings:

Choose a color you like in

Contrast with your tube/background

Now is time to add the copyright and your name or your Initials.
