For This Tutorial I used PSP X2
SUPPLIES
Tube of your choice
I am using the fantastic work of Eugene Rzhevskii
You need a license to use. You can buy here
Font of choice
I used Pink tulip 2 Font free Here
BC Cute Pirates kit - PTU Scrap From Bella Caribeña
You can get
She has fabulous kits
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer If need it
Let's get started
Open a New raster layer 800 x 800 pix.
Copy and paste paper 5
apply your mask, delete and merge group.
Duplicate and merge down
Duplicate and merge down
Copy and paste your tube and resize.
copy and paste element 19 resize 80% put behind the mermaid
check my tag.
copy and paste element 24 resize to 50%
Position in the right side bottom down of the mermaid
Copy and paste element 20 and 26 resize 40% then 60% put in the bottom center
Copy and paste element 48 put behind the stones in the bottom.
Copy and paste element 34 and put at the bottom left.
Copy and paste elements 29-30 resize 30% and position at the bottom left
Copy and paste elements 5-6 above the mask merge down
duplicate. In the original adjust blur - Gaussian Blur by 10
effects texture effects blinds with this settings
Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
