For This Tutorial I used PSP X2

Today I am going to show how to use some

PSP simple effect, but this really worth in your

creations.  Its a beautiful touch for your tags.

Materials:

A tube or image of your choice.

Lets start:

Open your image and minimize.

Open a new  800 x 800 white background raster layer.

Copy and paste your image/tube of  your choice

Duplicate

On your original image go to:

Adjust-blur-Gaussian Blur 10

Now go to your copy and change the properties to

Darken
